Fantasy Football tip(s) of the day/week

-Stay away from RB by committee situations.  If you don't, you are liable to get burned badly.  Get RB's that you know are firmly entrenched as the starter for their respective team or else you will be stuck scouring the waiver wire trying to decide which mediocre RB to take a chance on, which rarely will pay off for your team.

-Buy low/Sell high.  If a player that has proven to be a consistent performer in years past gets off to a slow start or is slumping look to take advantage of the situation and propose a trade to the owner in the hopes that they will be down on said player and will trade him for much less than their normal value.  Also if you have a player that is playing way over his head look to get a good return on that player before his production declines.

-Handcuff your star players.  If you are in a fantasy football league with a bunch of extra bench spots than it is especially wise to get the backup to your star QB or RB on their respective team.  If your stud QB or RB was to get hurt and you don't already have the backup than another owner may beat you to the task of picking them up off the FA list.
